Your Challenge
- Welding of parts such as pressure vessels, cyclones, piping, etc ;
- Mainly GMAW welding. GTAW, electrode (SMAW) and submerged arc (SAW) available ;
- Welding in any position (6G) ;
- Welding in rotation, on positioner ;
- Gouging to prepare welding joints ;
- Reading and understanding blueprints ;
- Safe operation of an overhead crane ;

- Drill, grind, cut with plasma or oxyacetylene flashlight ;
- Make templates ;
- Trace to position parts, openings, cut lines for lengths and chamfers of parts, etc. ;
- Make the required calculations (circumference, diameter, etc.) ;
- Position parts using jigs, jacks, lag screws, clamps, supports, etc. ;
