Compensation

• Competitive starting salary, ranging from $21.12/hr to $24.85/hr depending on experience ;
• Salary progression based on your Valtech experience, leading to a maximum salary of $31.15/hour ;
• Annual salary increase based on your performance ;
• Evening shift premium of $1.50 per hour. 

Flexible work schedule

• Fixed evening shift ;
• Evening shift over 4 days (4 p.m. to 2 a.m.).

Your Challenge

• Use overhead cranes, hoists and forklift to move complex parts related to the manufacture of our products ;
• Perform general maintenance work, such as yard and machinery maintenance ;
• Perform sandblast cleaning on complex parts on occasion ;
• Use overhead cranes, hoists and forklift to safely move and empty waste garbage cans and containers ;
• Store unused tools, equipment, wood blocks and other materials ;
• All other related tasks.

• Forklift operator card (asset)
• You are comfortable in a manufacturing environment ;
